Vegetarian Stew

An easy and quick recipe for a delicious and filling meal. I am submitting it to the 2014 52 week challenge for the third week as a One Pot meal.

Chop some onion and garlic and saute it in olive oil. Add a can each of kidney beans, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Put a cup of frozen unthawed corn, a tbsp. of oregano, thyme, paprika and black pepper. Adjust spices to taste. Bring to a boil. Turn of heat and serve hot.
