Avocado Ice Cream

I have never used avocado in a dessert before but while looking for Filipino recipes I came across this avocado ice cream that I just had to try.

You will need
1 avocado
7 oz. condensed milk

Cut the avocado. Remove the seed and score each half into cubes. Turn it inside out and remove the peel. Mash to desired consistency. Combine and whisk with the condensed milk. Freeze in airtight container until set.

This was my submission for the 2014 52 week challenge for week 26 theme Philippines.
