Maste Khair (Pakistani Cucumber Salad)

Cucumber salad in made in every country of this region. They are called by a whole lot of different names but the base is usually cucumber and yogurt with a variety of flavoring agents. This version is flavored with mint leaves.

You will need
1 cucumber
4-5 mint leaves
1/2 cup yogurt
salt and black pepper to taste

Peel the cucumber and shred it. Mince the mint leaves and add them to the shredded cucumber. Combine with the yogurt, salt and pepper.

Maste Khair is ready.
