Tomato Salsa

This is a very quick and easy spicy tomato salsa that can be used as a dip or as part of a meal to add zing to a bite if needed.


Boil 2 tomato and a Serrano pepper together. Mash or puree with a one clove garlic and 2 tbsp. onion. Add salt to taste.
